Specialized first of all in the cultivation of nectarines and kiwis, since the end of 1990 Trybeca is synonymous with fruits and Nashi products all Italian.
The Nashi, with its unique and overwhelming flavor and its beneficial properties for our body, has become the company’s flagship product serving its varieties on Italian tables and not only.
Thanks to a continuous desire to innovate and reinvent itself, today Trybeca is one of the reference points for the cultivation of Nashi pear, with the production of three different varieties.

TASTING OUR FRUIT
By pure chance, and at this point, I would dare say luckily for me, I bought your pears Nashi in a shop.
As soon as I arrived at home, I peeled one, most of all out of curiosity. I wanted to know what it tasted like since I had never seen it before.
The first feeling that hits you is the crunchy noise it makes when you put it in your mouth, an amplified roaring sound.
The second feeling you get is the intense fragrance that bursts inside your mouth.
The third feeling is that when you eat it, it feels like having pure fruit juice in your mouth so juicy is the pulp of this fruit.
The fourth and not last feeling you get is the slightly alcoholic taste that gives off at the end of the biting.
I have never had such a good fruit, I have never been so amazed when first eating a pear so revolutionary(even though I have read where and since when this fruit has been cultivated)
I am kind of publicizing your fruit by word of mouth, of course sales will not skyrocket, but it takes time to reap a good fruit, and you know this better than I do

Nashi Trybeca has a long shelf-life and does not require particular storage, still, it is advisable to handle it with care since its skin is delicate and sensitive to abrasion.
It is preferable, however, to preserve them from impacts and abrasions, by handling them with the same care as we do in the picking and packaging phase.
The flesh is sweet, crunchy and juicy, fresh and particularly refreshing. To better enjoy its taste, it is recommended to consume it fresh from the fridge. Nashi Trybeca apple pear is widely used in the kitchen in various recipes: excellent with raw ham, hard cheeses, mixed salads, fruit salad and all the dishes that the imagination suggests.
